[sh: error importing function definition for which'] Errors after in-place upgrade from OL7 to OL8

Dear All,

We made in-place upgrade for Oracle Linux from 7 to 8 using leapp.

We noticed that during running and executing programs and scripts,although they completed successfully, for example, applying Oracle EBS 12.2 patch, following errors raised,

sh: module: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file
sh: error importing function definition for module'
sh: _module_raw: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file
