Track User That Entered / Last Updated Asset

Is there any way to track what user entered and/or last updated an asset (capital and non-capital) ? We are trying to find a way to identify the user that added an asset into the system or the user that last updated an asset's information.

We are currently using PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Tools: 8.60.10)
