cannot cancel ASN ,getting

ASN was created through isupplier and received partial quantities into inventory . After performing the return to vendor transaction against the shipment ,when trying to cancel the ASN in isupplier portal receiving the below error .

"The received shipment notice cannot be cancelled as one or more lines has been received or are in the process of being received".

When checked the manage shipments screen it shows quantities as partial received . How can we cancel or update the ASN
