Incorrect Rate Schedule Applied for Job & Organization Combination in Project Budget/Forecast

Hi Team,

We observed the Rate schedules are incorrectly getting calculated while creating forecast and Budgets with Combination of Job - Organization Combination as Planning Resources.

We are  working for a global organisation. Some of their projects are global and resources work across geography. So to take an example - 2 countries (US and Ireland) - we have 2 Business Groups (1 for US and 1 for Ireland) with their respective OUs and HR organisations.

 We have then created planning resource lists - which is based on a combination of Job and Organisation it contains Job combinations across BGs. Say - Project Manager - US Org (with rate of USD 120) and Project Manager - Ireland (with rate of EUR 150) which are based on 2 different rate schedules.
