Requirement to calculate working days and consider calendar exceptions

hi All,

I have a requirement to calculate schedule ship date of order lines. The criteria is to have dates which are working days (Mon to Fri ) and also consider any calendar exception days like 4th of July etc as non working days. These are already defined in the organization parameter calendar.

Is there a standard function or process available to get working days in Oracle R12.2.9.

Also, if somebody has a custom logic for this then it would be really helpful.
