Supplier on boarding UDA to be mandatory only if another UDA has specific value in it

Hello,

We have a requirement where we want to make one UDA mandatory only based on the specific value of another UDA.

We have a check box to indicate if the supplier registration is urgent or not. We have another UDA (free text) to capture the urgency reason.

The requirement is that if the Urgent checkbox is checked only then Urgency Reason UDA to be made mandatory.

Can someone help to confirm if this is possible?
