[How to] update an offline oracle linux 9

Hello,
I have installed in an offline environment a server with oracle linux 9 few weeks ago.
I need now to update it, how can I do that without direct internet connection?
Is there any package containing all updates up to now that I can download elsewhere and install it on the offline server?
