Is it possible to create users based on Active Directory users In OCI?

This question is part of your knowledge base in Oracle Support, but referring to both users and groups. The answer only states that it is for now only possible to "manually maintain groups". So what about users?

If not yet possible, which I believe it is the case, is it something that it is in the roadmap? Shall I raise this idea?
