Need help with Credit value changing

Upgrading from 9.2 to JDE REL24 with latest tools and found a bug that was said to have been fixed with ESUs JN20696 and JN20969 for JDE9.2 has returned as a bug for REL24.

This is where a credit value entered onto an SO with a CR [or any other line type], changes from a negative to a positive value when anything is touched on the line [including adding a media object].

Looking for anyone that has upgraded and found a solution to this issue.
