AR Account detail form spinning more than 30 and session time out

Hi-The Account details form querying with BIll to customer number and operating unit spinning for more than 30 mins and session timeout to get the results. Anyone experience this?

we are at R12.2.4 with upgraded database 19C.

Any suggestions or recommendations on debugging this issue?
