Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Perform DB system GI and Database patch from 19.14 to 19.24

What is Order of Patching to be done- Best option needed

First OS patch then DB GI and Database Patch

or

First DB GI and database patch and then OS Patch shall be done
