How to calculate tax based on the accounting date not invoice date

we have rule start date is 01-OCT-2024 and when i entered it the invoice date in 30-sep-2024 system use the invoice date to calculate the tax. i need the system to check the accounting date.

i have select the taxable basis as Accounting but still system use the invoice date in calculation
