Is Wayne Davison rsync 3.1.3 64-Bit package supported?

Dear Team,

On our Oracle Linux 8 server, we have Wayne Davison rsync 3.1.3 64-Bit installed. Does anybody know that is this package offically supported by Oracle?
As I can see this is the latest version in offical Oracle Yum server,and I think if it is avaliable on there, that is supported.
