Resolved Bug: Issue With Email Responses From Siebel 24.1 through 24.6 on Linux

This new document explains the issue reported with Email response and there are multiple known symptoms, that can vary, depending on a particular environment, most of which happen during peak hours when load is a factor in Linux. This defect has been fixed in Siebel 24.7 release. Please note the defect is NOT directly related to Email Response functionality, but i severely impacts it having the symptoms described in Doc ID 3043866.1. https://bit.ly/3BkmhUJ
