Vendor Site ID different between ASL and Requisition Template?

We have a valid Supplier Site with the same name that is displaying different ID numbers between the ASL and the Req Template. The ID Number is correct on the ASL and incorrect on the Req Template. Any idea how that occurred and how to fix?

Causing issues when imported from planning application as the IDs do not match and one of the IDs is not valid.

Error Message: Supplier Site (VALUE=124739) is not an active and valid purchasing supplier site
