beadm & pkg commands not working

beadm & pkg commands are not working and we are unable patch the server. can anyone help on this issue.

# beadm list

-bash: /usr/sbin/beadm: cannot execute: required file not found

# pkg publisher

-bash: /usr/bin/pkg: cannot execute: required file not found

# uname -a

SunOS xxxx 5.11 11.4.62.151.3 i86pc i386 i86pc non-virtualized
