Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ORA- Error Received When Approving NIR-(ITEM)

User is trying to approve an NIR (New Item Request) from Oracle Product Hub and getting the below error

ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 5130 ORA-06512: at line 1

Additional details:

There are 2 items as part of notification and issue is happening for those 2 only which is not allowing us to fully approve the items for them to be created
Approval functionality has continued working throughout this issue

Could you please suggest what is causing the issue ? We suspect it could be data issue as the approval is working fine for others.
