Company Directory Export to Visio not working

Does anyone know why the Export to Visio for the Company Directory performs the Export to Excel function? Basically both the Export to Visio and Export to Excel to the exact same. How can I get the Visio to work? Is there some other setup that has to be done? I have Visio installed on my local machine.
