Disposal workflow for Retire/Reinstate Asset

We had setup disposal workflow and it works for Asset retirement via Disposal worksheet. It doesn't work while retiring the Assets via Retire/Reinstate Asset. Do we need to do any specific setup to make it work via Retire/Reinstate Asset.
