Acknowledgement in E-Records (ERES) for Sample Disposition Transaction

We are looking for guidance to enter specific user for acknowledgement in e-records details. This is necessary because we got huge approval transaction, with only one person who is appropriate to approve the transaction but the delegation features only possible for one person (Vacation rules) only.
