Can we use cash Management module to deposit a check within the company in different bank

Can we use cash Management module to deposit a check within the company in different bank(any work around)

As of now we are using bank transfer facility to deposit the money from one bank to other bank. Instead of transfer we will issue a check to deposit the amount in different bank.

We do not want to use payments and receipts in AP and AR modules.
