Serialized Inventory Item Not Transferring Serial Number to Fixed Assets with asset tracking process

We are using Oracle Asset Tracking (OAT) to transfer serialized inventory items from Inventory to Fixed Assets (with inventory transactions). The item is properly serialized in the Inventory module, but after performing the Mass Addition process in fixed asset, the asset in Oracle Fixed Assets only shows the cost and does not display the serial number of the item. We expect the serial number to be automatically transferred along with the other details(item details) to the asset.
