Syntax Error

I am following

Document 904454.1 (oracle.com)

but getting an error when attempting to execute the query to verify if snapshot is enabled. The issue seems to be the database name with is "servername\primavera" has anyone had issues with this artilce's instructions and found a better way to set the isolation snaphot?
