Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Does we need to have license for an offline cpu?

A customer has the following machine which shows 64 CPU (it's a ODA), but only 12 is online.

Top command only shows 12 cpus

Do we need to have a licence for all cpus (including offline)?

I mean, the customer need to have 6 licenses right? (12 cpus X 0.5 core factor = 6).
