Applied latest patches of Oracle Linux 9.4, now network interfaces don't work.

I have a two new built server running OL9.4 and when I applied the latest patches the network cards stopping passing data. They can get DHCP from the network and can ping their own addresses, but nothing can reach the server and it can access anything either. We have two servers and the other is unpatched and still works as expected. I have tested the cable and the switch is connected to and it is all working.
