Using Weblogic Deploying Tool (WBT)

I am doing the preliminary research on migrating our on-Premise Weblogic 12c environment into OCI.

Does the WBT support exporting from a Weblogic 12C environment and importing the files into a vanilla install Weblogic 14C environment? What are the issues/caveats if any?

Can anyone share their experiences?
