Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Large datafile created big data how to fix

Customer has an instance EBS 12.2.10 / 19c RAC on EXADATA

Customer has an issue where they have a datafile created as bigdata and system is taking up 350G while actual data is very small

Is there a way to recreate this datafile , or otherwise what is the solution

If we need to recreate the database what is the steps to be done , document to follow
