upon restored Oracle linux lost network card issue

we had to recover Oracle linux server from rubrik backup solution, now after restored succesfull, cannot bring oracle server online, after lot of research I ws able to remove old network card and reattched new network card, but it is very erratic conection some time it works fine and some time it lose connection. can some help?
