Need to create custom role to give the user access to only Manage Departments

Need to create a custom role to provide current manager user access to view all the employees and their department also all the requisition that have been created

also if any previous manager access the report he also be able to view all the employees and their department also all the requisition that have been created.

Access for Current Managers:

The role should allow current managers to:

View all employees and their respective departments.

Access all requisitions that have been created.

Access for Former Managers:

The same role should also enable previous managers to:

View all employees and their respective departments.
