Agile PLM for Process - Performance issues when running on Azure VMs

We installed Oracle agile P4P (v6.2.4.2) on Azure Windows 19 VMS and We are facing performance issues and getting time out errors and taking long time to load pages and navigating modules Could you let us know any specific settings for Azure boxes needed to improve the performance.
