JDE OTM - SO line Split

We create an SO order in JDE with 200 Qty and then we send information to OTM to get shipment tender and approved. We received TA(Tender Approved) information from OTM to JDE.

But now in JDE we split the SO lines into 4 pallets 50 qty each, but now every line splits create new tender request again in JDE while it should use existing TA.
