How to install Oracle Database 11.2.0.4 EE on latest ODA HA (x10)?

Hi,
I got a request as-is 11.2.0.4 database to new ODA because they have to reserve 11g version for application.
Could you advice to install DB 11.2.0.4 on new ODA HA box?
