s_forms_time setting in ebs 12.2.7

I'm running ebs 12.2.7. I checked my settings in the context file for s_forms_time and it's set to 5. I came across this document 2303970.1 that suggests that the s_forms_time needs to match s_sesstimeout which is 2 hours. I've done some research but i'm not sure if this is accurate for my version of ebs 12.2.7.
Any advice on what I should set this value to? Should I leave it at 5mins? What happens after 5 mins? Does it disconnect the forms session or create orphans?

Any help is appreciated.
