Open Enrollment is done and found two plan types rates are wrong in the configuration what to do now

Good Day,

We did open enrollment from Sep 18th and about to close on Oct 31st. We recently noticed Critical illness and Cancel plans rates are wrong in the configuration. We have some employees already elected those plans and some of them yet to elect before Oct 31st . we tried changing rates and going back in but it didn't update the current OE. We have to reprocess OE for the employees to reflect the same. Can any one faced this kind of situation. And what is the best way to mitigate the risk? Your inputs are really appreciated.
