Can I Cancel/Return PR Linked to RFQ without cancel the RFQ.

Hi,

I have an approved purchase requisition and linked with RFQ but not awarded and the department request to Cancel/Return the requisition without Cancel the RFQ.

So please I need a clear answer for my question?
