Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Database Tuning (MOSC)

Performance problems by using RCTE in Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 - Version 19.14.0.0.0

We have running several database version 12 and version 19.

Just in 2 we have problems with the performance by using RCTE:
Version 19.3.0.0.0
Version 19.14.0.0.0

Do we have a chance to solve this w/o patching to newest verions?
