Fluid Position Mgmt going to Rework/Pushback Status

Hi Team,

We started to encounter now in production that transactions with ProcessID: PositionApproval is automatically getting assigned with rework / push back status.

We have only two sets of approvals.

Please let us know if anyone is experience this issue.
