How to resolve error in iProcurement Dashboard V13 related to MaxClauseCount

Recently upgraded to EBS 12.2.13, ECCV13 & DB 19.23.

While opening iProcurement ECC dashboard we are getting error "No live SolrServers available to handle this request" further debugging/checking ecc logs gives an error to org.apache.lucene.search.IndexSearcher$TooManyClauses: maxClauseCount is set to 1024.
