How quickly are you applying the quarterly Oracle release updates?

With oracle going to quarterly bundles and the hightened security requirements globally, how often are you patching with updates? For example, if March was Oracle database 19.23, July was 19.24 and now, October is 19.25, have you already applied 19.24? Or, are you still applying 19.23 until the January 19.26 comes out? Do you stay current or do you stay 2 versions behind? Why or why not?
