Why is the thread-usage in the HDR of Oracle SBC informing a value above 100?

I am trying to check the cpu usage per thread in the vSession Border Controller 8.4 p11 in a peek traffic moment, and when I check the thread-usage current-usage values, sometimes it get above 100.
Is it a sum of many threads? Is the maximum value 200% because it has hyperthreading?
And what is the Thread Name correlation with the core assignments?

When I check the table in the HDR in peek traffic moment i get something like this:

| time | thread name | currant usage |

| 12h | sipd02 | 112 |

| 12h | sipd01 | 108 |

| 12h | sipd03 | 108 |

| 12h | sipd04 | 101 |

| 12h | atcp02 | 67 |

| 12h | atcp03 | 63 |

| 12h | mbcd01 | 38 |
