How to get a bypass code to be able to login into my OCI account?

I can't log in to my OCI account because the account is protected with two-factor authentication and now I don't have access to my iPhone where the authentication app is installed, therefore, I need a bypass code, so that I can log in into my authenticator app on my new phone
