21.16 GI Patch did not update RHP version

Platform: Oracle Linux 8.10 | Oracle Grid Infrastructure 21.16 | Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 21.16

I have applied "Patch 36990664: GI RELEASE UPDATE 21.16".

The patch was applied successfully.

But I noticed the RHP version still shows 21.15.

"RHP RELEASE UPDATE 21.15.0.0.0 (36772575)"

See attached opatch lsinventory files.

Question: Is this the expected behavior for the 21.16 GI patch ???

The reason I found this strange is because the previous 21.15 GI Patch the RHP version changed from 21.14 to 21.15 after the patch was applied.

I have opened this ticket with Oracle Support to investigate.
