Secondary Ledger not getting the correct BSV

Hi team - We are implementing Oracle EBS General Ledger R12 v12.2.5 and we have a particular business requirement on Ledger Structure.

We have a Primary Ledger and Secondary Ledger having same structure.

Both have:
- same chart of account structure,
- same calendar,
- same currency,
But we need to have different BSV in both Ledgers:
Primary ledger --> BSV=01639 (Entity segment)
Secondary Ledger -> BSV=05574 (Entity segment)

Finally, We need to post in Primary ledger under ENTITY Segment =01639. This is ok, not trouble here.
Then, we need to post some journal entries from Primary to Secondary Ledger, but those JEs in secondary ledger only needs to affect ENTITY Segment =05574. We need to convert BSV = 1639 from Primay to BSV=05574 in Secondary.
