Not able to install grid setup

Hi,
I am new to oracle RAC setup and this is the first time I am installing oracle RAC 19c.

I am have asked my networking team 2 servers along with 2 pivate ip's, 2 VIp's, 3 scan IP's

They have provided me all the requirements which I have asked and also configured 2 private ips in same network adapter.

I have installed all the prechecks and unziped the grid home setup from here I am facing the problem I have tried both the by running runcluvfy.sh and gridsetup.sh.

  1. while I am running runcluvfy.sh the errors I am facing are:

[grid@racpoc1 grid]$ ./runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -n racpoc1,racpoc2 -method root
