Create new user account with same username for old inactive account

Hello Folks,

As titled, I have a case here to create a new user but this user has the same user name to old user account (inactive)

(Username is generated from the active directory and active directory deleted the old account, then new user account created with the same username)

And username field is unique

Any input on how to achieve this?

Im thinking about update the old inactive username to enter the new one
