Cant find Message Flow in add CRM Case (P90CG504)

Hi comunity,

for a CRM email test case I can't find the message flow in the dictionary

I was able to locate the email of the customer/caller Workflow message :LM0118

But I couldn't find these two emails for:

* Provider group…


* Asignee…

I appreciate any help
