Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle linux 7.9 unresponsive on Oracle KVM 9 Hypervisor

Hi,

we are facing a serious issue on some of the Oracle Linux 7.9 VM installed on a Oracle KVM 9 Hypervisor.

The VMs work well but suddenly become unresponsive, impossible to manage by console, and don't reply to the ping.

No logs are written in the system logs so it's hard to do a diagnosis.

Any suggestions?
