Asyncronous IRR in Siebel

Hi,

We recently trying to execute Asyncronous IRR for LOV migration in Siebel to RR env but it is getting failed with below errors.

Importing Tables 
2024-10-21 13:01:33  Invalid Incremental Dev to Prod input args 
2024-10-21 13:01:33  Error calling table pre callback table: S_LST_OF_VAL, tblIdx: 0. 
2024-10-21 13:01:33  DATAIMP-ERR-1124: Unable to import table "S_LST_OF_VAL" (process table pre callback). 
2024-10-21 13:01:33  Error in ProcessImportFile (UTLDataImportFile). 
2024-10-21 13:01:33  Error in ProcessImportFile... 
2024-10-21 13:01:33  (logapi.cpp (184) err=1 sys=0) SBL-GEN-00001: (logapi.cpp: 184) error code = 1, system error = 0, msg1 = (null), msg2 = (null), msg3 = (null), msg4 = (null) 

Can someone help me or provide the inputs why this error could be and how to fix the same.
