My oracleasm init is failing

I am trying to install oracle asm and started with configuring oracleasm on Oracle Linux 8.8. the versions are as follows :

kmod-redhat-oracleasm-8:2.0.8-18.1.0.1.el8_10.x86_64

oracleasmlib-2.0.17-1.el8

Kernel : 4.18.0-477.21.1.el8_8.x86_64

Error ::
oracleasm init
Loading module "oracleasm": failed
Unable to load module "oracleasm"
Mounting ASMlib driver filesystem: failed
Unable to mount ASMlib driver filesystem

Let me know what should I do here
