Depreciation Needs to Calculate Before Service Date

We have a requirement to calculate the depreciation of an asset before service date as per Germany Local GAAP

Example.

Financial year                                 : OCT-23 to SEP-24

Cost of Asset                                  :  20000

Service date/Bought into oracle     : 24-MAY-2024

Life of Asset                    :  5 Years

Depreciation needs to be calculated from OCT-2023 to MAY -2024 (if we run Depreciation Program for MAY -24 to capitalize the asset for first month) only for a particular Asset category.
